Here is all you need to know about the 2018 Intramural Open
Workouts will be held on Friday's as the Workout of the Day. There will be no formal evening classes instead we will run heats of the Open Workout during our Friday Night Lights. Dressing up in theme during Friday Night Lights will get your team valuable bonus points! Workouts can also be made up during open gym on Saturday and Sunday. No other times will be allocated to complete the workouts. If you are traveling take a photo or short video of your workout and send it to your team Captain or a Coach on your team.

Anything more scaled than what's prescribed by HQ = 1 point
Bonus - Participating in Theme (ON FRIDAY NIGHT) = 3 points
*Coaches are not eligible for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in any division but will get the points for completing the workout Rx/Scaled
**Participating in Theme at any class other than the "Friday" classes does NOT make the athlete eligible for the bonus points.
Week 1 80s Dress up in anything related to the 80's to get your team 3 bonus points!
Week 2 Sports Wear your favorite sports team attire and rep your team!
Week 3 Super Hero... Dress up like your favorite Super Hero (yes dressing up as Coach Justin counts as a super hero costume)
Week 4 St. Patricks day. Show up as a leprechaun, bring a pot o' gold or just wear green!
