• 1 mile Run
• 100 Pull-ups
• 200 Push-ups
• 300 Squats
• 1 mile Run
*partition pull ups and push-ups, and squats or run as needed. 
If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it. Can be done solo or in a team.

*stay after for a social. bring a side or drink to share. friends and family are welcome but a $25 drop in fee will apply.
